Tea Party (non-political)

Grandma B loves to have a tea party.  No really, just about any excuse will do and her granddaughters coming to visit is the best excuse!  Everyone got to choose one thing they wanted to have and we ended up with a smorgasbord of sweet, light, fluffy deliciousness.

 

 

 

We also get to choose our own tea cup from Grandma B's collection.  I, of course, always choose MY tea cup from the collection.

Here's the whole crowd ready to dive in (I think the boys went out for 'man-food' afterwards). And here's my plate of sweet, fluffy, deliciousness!

 

Liz wanted to have 'real' tea.  So she chose an apple cinnamon tea bag and used my mom's new little sugar bowl and spoon!

And here is the very tired, injured little girl, but that story is for another post.  However, she managed to enjoy the tea party Rachel-style.

While we were visiting, my folks gave me my birthday present!  It was this really cute origami shoe with a gift card for new running shoes!!!  We love visiting Grandma B and Grandpa Bob and had such a great time.
