Beauty and the Beast

The girls and I headed down to Grandma B and Grandpa Bob's house for a fun filled Mother's Day weekend.  We stopped off first for a frozen yogurt at Golden Spoon.  It's probably a good thing that we don't have one closer to us!!!  I cannot resist their yogurt!

We hung out in the afternoon.

Mom snagged some free pizza coupons from school and treated us to dinner before our show!

 

A friend of ours was starring as Belle in "Beauty and the Beast" in a local children's theater production.  She has an amazing voice and it's been so neat to watch her talent develop and grow.  It was opening night, so there was a red carpet rolled out and the girls wore their princess dresses.  The show was great and the girls loved it.  Even with the late night, they were engaged throughout and it was fun that all the actors were kids.

 

 

 

After the show, we got the girls in bed.  Mom and I ran to Walmart for a few last minute items to get us ready for the COLOR RUN!!!
