When Daddy's Away....

Jim had to travel for work the last week of July.  We did what we do best: relax, play, enjoy summer!  Liz and I cleaned out the game and puzzle cupboard.  (Hey!  For some of us, that is relaxing!)  We swam at a friend's house, I got my hair done and did some shopping, we went out to lunch, and we found the park with the tire swing that we had been missing.

 JCPenney was doing free haircuts in August for kids in K-8th grade, so we totally took advantage of that.  While at the mall, we stopped by the Disney store and the girls got to play this fun "Brave" board game as part of their summer program.  We came back later to do the other events too!
