Spring Break: Day 3

Today we did our Easter egg hunts. We started off the morning with our ward's Easter egg hunt at a local park. This year the weather was a little warmer, but that park is right on the water, so it was still chilly. The girls had fun gathering eggs and playing at the park. We also brought a little lunch and got to hang out with our friends for some adult conversation!

Lizzie was so funny today. She ran hither and yon, passing eggs right and left, looking for who knows what. Eventually, she found her 12 eggs though.
We came home for a nap and some down time and then went out to Moorpark in the afternoon. All of Jim's siblings were there, so the girls got to play with ALL their cousins, which was really fun. The Henshaws always have a bizillion eggs, and usually we just toss them out in the yard. But this year, they arranged the eggs so cute. I don't know who's idea it was, but it looked great.
The girls had so much fun. There were so many eggs, the kids ran out of room in their baskets!!! It was crazy.
